My transformation began before the surgery room. The inner work came first. For years I poured into everything and everyone around me, until I realized how lost I was with my own body, my own needs, me.
I chose to begin again — first with my heart, then my mind, then my spirit. Only after that did I feel ready to honor my physical transformation. The Body Edit was born from that realization: that how we heal matters.
